Omar and Rose in the restaurant were particularly outstanding, providing attentive service and a warm welcome. However, there were quite a few hiccups. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, often dropping out completely. despite reserving a single room, my friend was denied check-in due to a nationality issue. This struck me as outdated and rather frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast service was inconsistent, with items missing on one day. I felt safe overall, which is important when traveling alone, but I do wish the staff had been more responsive to our needs. Overall, it’s a decent place but needs improvement in communication and services.

It was just a great match for a city trip in Amman with very good value for money. The breakfast was traditional and filling, which was a nice way to start my day. Try to get a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the street.
