The view of the Roman theatre from the balcony is fine. My room had inconsistent hot water .

Had a perfect 10/10 time. Unique hotel in a handy location to nearby sights, the services were good! Everything was really good, the staff were genuinely helpful. The single room was budget with terrace. Location: the property was just next door to all restaurants and shops, downtown Amman and Jerash till Umm Qais. And it was at a short distance from Seed, ate there couple of times.

overall it was a fantastic stay for a short visit. the staff was wonderful and amazing, the bathroom was good. the breakfast served in the restaurant was satisfactory.

Choose well-lit rooms away from the street to minimize noise and enjoy better sleep quality during your stay.

The terrace view across to the Roman theatre is amazing. I loved my room's vintage aesthetic, which brought a unique charm to my stay. Omar and Rose in the restaurant were particularly excellent, providing attentive service and a warm welcome. There were quite a few hiccups. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, often dropping out completely. Despite reserving a single room, my friend was denied check-in due to a nationality issue. This struck me as outdated and rather frustrating. The breakfast service was inconsistent, with items missing on one day. I felt safe overall, important when traveling alone, but I do wish the staff had been more responsive to our needs.

Loved the beautiful location right across from the Amphitheater! Staff was super helpful. But the washroom situation was awkward, sharing with other guests wasn't ideal for me 😅

It was just a great match for a city trip in Amman with very good value for money. The breakfast was traditional and filling, a nice way to start my day. Try to get a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the street.

The location is amazing, right in downtown. We enjoyed the lovely roof terrace and the breakfast choices were quite delicious. Ibrahim's walking tour was a highlight for us, really created lasting memories with the kids while exploring the area.

My kids wished for better bathroom privacy. It could be awkward when using the shower.

The geographical location is unbeatable, with everything you need nearby. Issues like inconsistent water temperature during showers and poor soundproofing were quite frustrating. The restaurant served delicious homestyle Japanese dishes, and the presence of resident cats added a charming touch to the experience.

The location of Zaman Ya Zaman Boutique was ideal for my stay, being very close to the Citadel and overlooking the Roman amphitheater. The staff were helpful in assisting with my work-related inquiries and planning my excursions. I appreciated the breakfast options, quite acceptable, and my room was equipped with an en suite bathroom.

The entrance to the hotel is hard to find, as it is just a plain, locked metal door near some shops.
